SmartyPants Masters Formula Women 50+ was designed to help fill nutritional gaps and support overall good health just for women. So we include different amounts of certain nutrients and additional nutrients not found in our Adult Formula.

For example, both formulas include biotin. However, our Adult Formula only contains 80% of the recommended daily value (DV) for this nutrient, while our Masters Formula Women 50+ contains 100% DV to help maintain health hair, skin and nails.*

Choline is another example. Both formulas contain choline, but we include it in higher amounts in our Masters Formula Women 50+ to support liver function.* Our Masters Formula Women 50+ also includes CoQ10 for heart health and selenium for thyroid support.*
